Deborah Falanga (vocals) and Rosella Cazzaniga (guitar and double bass) are two artists with a solid individual career behind them, who decided to join forces in this all-female jazz duo project. Their meeting gave birth to the musical show Jukebox Sentimentale, from which a CD was also made (P-Nuts Records, 2016).

Deborah FalangaVocalsA Milanese singer with an eclectic and versatile voice, Deborah Falanga has a thirty-year career on the live music scene. Her repertoire moves with ease across many genres, including soul, jazz, bossa nova, Latin music and funk, performing songs in as many as five different languages. Her concert work ranges from performances in intimate line-ups (such as duos and trios) to the role of soloist for big bands and historic live-music venues, including the Salumeria della Musica in Milan. Over the course of her career she has taken part in numerous notable musical projects. Rosella CazzanigaGuitaristA guitarist, bassist, teacher and author, Rosella Cazzaniga began studying guitar and electric bass at a very young age. She deepened her training at the Civici Corsi di Jazz in Milan with the teachers Paolo Cattaneo and Sandro Gibellini, as well as studying bass with Andrea Donati and guitar with Roberto Taufic. Her professional career has seen her engaged since the 1990s in intense live activity in Italy, building a wealth of experience ranging from jazz to bossa nova, from pop to rock, from swing to Latin music. Among her notable musical projects are the alternative pop trio Shivadiva (with whom she recorded the album Mondo Perfetto) and her collaboration with the singer and flautist Paola Atzeni.
