InstrumentsCello
A Milanese cellist, she furthered her studies in Switzerland with Paul Szabo, cellist of the celebrated Végh Quartet, and from the very beginning has pursued an intense artistic career as a protagonist in both orchestral and chamber music.
She has played in a variety of formations, from duos with piano and with guitar to piano trios, string trios and string quartets, devoting herself with passion to the chamber repertoire.
Alongside her classical activity, she has long collaborated with the worlds of popular music, television and record production, taking part in tours in quartet formation with artists such as Claudio Baglioni, Paolo Conte, Ruggeri, Jovanotti and Malika Ayane.
From the experience gained in these different fields, and from the desire to share an artistic project founded on deep musical and human understanding, the Quartetto Montale was born, with which she continues her research into and interpretation of the great chamber repertoire.
